~Must be 18 years or older

~Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding

~Not have done botox or fillers with in 1 month

~Must not be under chemotherapy

~Must not have any blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS

~Must not be on Accutane/steroids within  the last 8 months

~Cannot be a Diabetic

~Deposit are non-refundable

 and non-transferrable.

~If you do need to reschedule for any reason, please contact me so I know at least 72 hours in advance. If you need a new appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit.

~If you feel sick please contact me as soon is possible, if you show up sick, your appointment will be cancel and you would lose your deposit.

~No shows will automatically lose your deposit.

~We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

~NO GUESTS ALLOWED.

~For any deposit we take most major credit cards, visa, amex, mc.

~For the remaining balance we take, cash, Zelle, and most major credit cards.

~PLEASE NOTE: A 3% charge will automatic apply to your transaction when paying with credit card.
